I chose this image because it depicts an ideal that I've been striving for lately. 

Effectiveness.

You only need one dart to play. 

Too long have I tried to be productive--spinning my wheels with busywork. Creating things that keep me from getting to my destination. 

It only takes one shot to hit your goal. 

It doesn't matter how quick you are.Too long I've been trying to be efficient--making the fastest systems possible. It's a waste of time, and thus slows me down in the long run. 

You just have to hit your target. 

This takes patience and concentration, but it does not take great talent. Too long I've tried to be the expert. Over time skill will increase.
