Little is known of Josh’s past...
It’s rumored that his writing aspirations first manifested at a young age. Concerned with how the world might view his abilities, he hid them beneath the guise of an average guy. Sources indicate it was in these early years that he was introduced to the villains known as Safety and Comfort. They used weapons of false hope and broken promises to break him down and tear his world apart.
Just when all seemed to be lost, Josh found Failure and Patience. With the guidance of these wise sages, he unlocked the secrets of life's mysteries. They helped him build the ultimate weapon; Experience. With it, he was able to overcome all obstacles. Through his journeys he’s waged many wars. Most notably, he battled the evil forces of Bureaucracy. However, Josh didn’t fight alone. The gods of Common Sense guided him to victory. Together, they freed the slaves of Tradition, and led them to the promise land of New Ideas.
Although he’s not sure where the hand of destiny may guide him, one thing is for certain: There are several more challenges to overcome and many new worlds to discover…
